Removals
Sell your Amazon removal orders in Canada
Your Amazon.ca removal orders can become revenue. Send them to our Etobicoke warehouse and we sell every unit item by item in a weekly auction.
The returns market, in numbers
US retailers expected 15.8% of their 2025 sales to come back as returns, according to the National Retail Federation and Happy Returns: about US$849.9 billion, and 19.3% of everything sold online. For a marketplace seller, that is a steady flow of inventory with value still in it. The question worth asking is what each channel does with that value.
What each channel recovers
Where a unit is sold shapes how much of its value comes back. A 2014 industry estimate from the Reverse Logistics and Sustainability Council puts secondary-market recovery at 15% to 50% of a product's value, depending on the product and on whether it goes to a bulk liquidator, a pallet buyer or directly to an end buyer.
Amazon describes recovery through FBA Liquidations as typically 5% to 10% of an item's average selling price, before a 15% referral fee and a per-item processing fee in Canada. Since September 30, 2025, sellers in Canada and the US who have not configured their automated settings are enrolled in FBA Liquidations by default.
Why we sell item by item
A pallet sells at one blended price, set by what a buyer expects from its weakest units. A graded single item sells on its own condition, to the buyer who wants that item.
How it works
1. Apply. The seller desk reviews your application and sends your consignment agreement to sign. 2. Set your removal address. Point your Amazon.ca removal orders at our Etobicoke warehouse. It is one settings change. 3. Every unit is processed. Each item is checked by hand, graded against our published standard and photographed: the listing photo plus our own photos of the actual item, showing its condition. 4. It sells, and you are paid. Lots go to a steady crowd of buyers from across Canada and the USA. One statement per auction shows every lot and what it sold for, and you are paid the 15th of the month following, or next business day.
There are no listing fees and no charge to run your goods through the auction.
What stays in your control
- Your brand. There is no field on a lot where your name could go. Read our brand protection standard. - Goods that do not sell. Lots that receive no bids may be offered again in a later auction. After that, nothing is disposed of without your authorization, and title never transfers automatically. The seller FAQ sets out the three choices.
Getting paid outside Canada
Settlements are paid in CAD by wire or bank transfer, and the currency conversion is yours to manage. Payouts to sellers outside Canada are paid in full; no Canadian tax is withheld from them. Report the income where you are resident for tax.

Frequently asked questions
I sell from outside Canada. Can I send my Canadian removals to you? Yes. Goods already in Canada, including Amazon.ca removal orders, ship to us with no customs step. Goods from outside Canada ship DDP only, with you remaining the importer of record.
Do I need to be a Canadian company? No. Sellers anywhere can consign. Your payout details are collected only after you have signed your agreement, never by email.
What happens to units with customer information on them? Customer information is removed at processing. It never reaches a buyer.
What happens to a load, either way
One lowball for the whole load
a bulk liquidator prices your goods blind and your recovery ends there.
No grading, no competition, no visibility.
A market for every unit
we grade each unit against a published standard and put it in front of 10,000+ registered bidders competing for it.
- Competition sets your recovery, not one buyer’s risk discount.
- You see every lot’s result on your statement, and payout lands on the 15th of the month following, or next business day, on collected funds.
Need it gone fast? The buyout is one honest offer on goods we have actually assessed.
