For sellers
Your job ends at the loading dock
Palletize and load, Bid Boss coordinates freight, receiving, inspection, sale, and buyers across Canada and the USA. Your job ends at the loading dock.
Most inventory never gets liquidated, and the reason is not the money. Nobody on your team has a spare week to sort, test, list, photograph, answer buyers and chase pickups. So the pallets sit, and the space and the capital sit with them.
The whole model exists to delete that week.
What you do
Palletize to a simple guideline, label the pallets, and load a truck. That is the complete list. Wrapped pallets, heavy items low, a reference label per pallet, a simple pallet-level list. Minutes per pallet, not a project.
What we coordinate
The freight
Pickup scheduled around your dock, not ours, across the GTA, across Canada, and cross-border with the United States. One pallet or a full truckload; truckloads are our native unit of work.
The receiving
Every load counted against your declaration on arrival, variances reconciled and reported to you, never silently absorbed. The paper trail starts at your dock and never breaks.
The processing
Individual inspection, grading against the published standard, photography, condition cards, cataloguing. The labour-intensive middle of liquidation, entirely ours.
The sale
The weekly no-reserve auction, live to an active buying community across Canada and the United States.
The buyers
Payment collection, pickup appointments, shipping to the buyer's door, questions, and claims under the grading standard. Buyer contact is ours, entirely. That is the point.
The money
Settlement on the agreed terms, with statements itemized to the lot.
The facility is built for this
Dock and drive-in access, minutes from major highways. The platform behind it was designed to run more intake points as the network grows. Three pallets or a cleared warehouse, the machinery on this side is the same, and it already runs every week.
Timelines, set with you
Intake is scheduled, not improvised: a date for the pickup, a window for processing, and your goods into the next available auction cycle. Seasonal programs can be scheduled ahead so stock lands on-season, when it recovers best.
The short version: if you can get it onto a pallet, we can turn it into a statement.
Start when you are ready, or ask us first
Neither one commits you to anything. Most consignors do one, then the other.
Ready to go
Apply to consign
The consignment application. It asks what we need to receive, grade, and pay you correctly, and it is the same form whether you are sending one pallet or clearing a warehouse.
What happens after you apply

Ask the seller desk
Send a short note before you commit. Tell us what you are moving and what you need to achieve, and we will tell you if we are the right home for it.
- A person reads every inquiry.
- For your security, banking details are collected only after you sign an agreement. We never ask for them by email.
