The pallet windows
Be first when the pallet windows open
The verified-buyer programme is being built. Leave your address and you will hear when the windows open, before they are announced anywhere else.
Past a certain volume, the auction is not how you buy, the dock is. Bid Boss moves bulk directly to wholesale buyers: pallets, parts and repair pallets, and truckloads, sold the same way everything here is sold, honestly, and closed the way real bulk deals close, in a conversation with a person who can commit.
What we move
Pallets
Category pallets and mixed pallets, built from the same individually processed inventory that feeds the weekly auction, which is precisely what makes ours different from the sealed-gamble pallet market: this operation knows what is on its racks.
Parts and repair pallets
These are goods that failed, are incomplete, or cannot be economically tested, sold for parts, repair, and projects. We say so plainly, with the condition mix described, because a buyer pricing components for a repair bench deserves the truth as much as anyone bidding on a sealed unit.
Truckloads
For operators who buy by the trailer, truckloads are our native unit of work, composed to your categories where possible, loaded at our dock, freighted across Canada and cross-border to the United States.
Honest at volume, still
Bulk buying elsewhere means buying blind. Here, the same discipline that grades single units shapes the bulk lanes: you are told what a load is, its category mix, its condition profile, what is tested and what is not, before money moves. Mixed lanes carry no manifest and no guaranteed retail value; the number you pay is priced against a description you can hold us to. Manifested pallets ship with their manifest.
How a bulk deal works
1. Tell us what you are after. Categories, volume, cadence, one-time or recurring, and where it is going. 2. We scope it. What is available now, what can be composed, and at what number. If seeing the goods matters, come see the goods, the warehouse is real and so is the coffee. 3. Terms, in writing. Load composition, price, timing. 4. Load and go. Your truck at our dock, or freight coordinated to your door, GTA, Canada-wide, or across the border.
Deals close by conversation because bulk is a relationship business: the second load is priced better by knowing how the first one went for you.
Who buys bulk here
Resellers scaling past cherry-picking. Bin-store and discount-store operators feeding a floor. Exporters filling containers. Repair and parts operations buying parts and repair by the skid. Trade buyers stocking a category. If you turn volume into money, this lane was built for your side of the market.
Talk to us. Tell us what you are looking for and how much of it, and a real person comes back with what we can do.
Landed here with goods to sell rather than to buy? This lane is for buyers. Supplying loads is the other side of the business.
Tell us what you are looking for
What is available shifts week to week, so this is a conversation rather than a checkout. Give us your categories, your volume and your cadence, and a person reads it and replies.
