Send us a question

Pick the closest topic and it reaches the right desk. A person reads every message.

What is it about? required

Something wrong with an item you won goes through the claim process on your order, not this form. Only a claim starts the clock on a remedy.

Where to write

Or write to the desk directly

Your order, or a claim

Invoices, payment, pickup appointments, shipping, and anything wrong with an item. Quote your invoice number.

Selling, consigning, or buying wholesale

Applying to consign, a load in progress, a settlement question, or bulk and wholesale enquiries.

Why writing

We answer in writing, and that is deliberate

We answer in writing on purpose. An emailed reply arrives with the lot number, the grade, the invoice line and the policy attached, and both of us can re-read it a week later. On questions about money and condition, that record is worth more than the speed.

What the line actually does

289-327-2499

We do not offer phone support, and nobody answers buyer calls. The line routes you.

  • Sellers can leave a voicemail. It becomes a tracked request and somebody works it, the same as an email.
  • Suppliers and deliveries reach operations.
  • On pickup days, Thursday to Saturday, a person answers for arriving and loading.

Everything else is answered in writing. Claims must be submitted in writing within the window to support@bidbossinc.ca, with your invoice number, lot number and photos. Once your Bid Boss account is open, claims are filed from your invoice in your account.

Coming to collect

The warehouse, and how pickup runs

Bid Boss Inc.
12 Vulcan Street, Unit 4
Etobicoke, ON M9W 1L2

Collections run for three days after each auction closes, and every slot is booked in advance so there is no queue when you arrive. The deadline is 3:00 PM on the final day. Please do not arrive without a booking: we will not have your order picked.
