Accessibility statement
Commitment. Bid Boss Inc. is committed to accessible service for people with disabilities, online and at pickup, consistent with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act and the Ontario Human Rights Code.
The sites. Our web surfaces are built and tested to WCAG 2.2 AA, with automated accessibility gates in our build process. Assistive technology used to bid, including automation used as an accommodation, is welcome.
In person. Assistive devices, support persons and service animals are welcome at pickup. Tell us in your booking notes what would make pickup work better for you and we will arrange it.
Alternate formats. Our policies and documents are available in accessible formats on request.
Feedback. We invite reports wherever accessibility falls short. Write to support@bidbossinc.ca with Accessibility in the subject line, or use any support channel. We acknowledge feedback within 5 business days and describe what we will do. Feedback can be given anonymously.
