Payment safety and anti-fraud notice

1. Payment address. Bid Boss will only ever ask you to send an Interac e-transfer to pay@bidbossinc.ca, with the reference code shown in your account. A request to pay any other address, and any request made by phone, did not come from Bid Boss. Your reference code and balance are shown in your account.

2. We never ask for your card number by email or chat, your online-banking password, or gift cards. Card payments happen only inside the checkout of our payment processor.

3. Identity verification happens only inside your account through our named provider, never through an emailed link demanding documents, and we never hold your identity documents.

4. Spoof reporting. Forward suspicious messages claiming to be Bid Boss to support@bidbossinc.ca. We enforce email authentication on our domain and act on spoof reports.
