For sellers

Turn returns and excess inventory into cash.

You give us the inventory problem and we run the liquidation: receiving, grading, multi-channel selling, buyer collection, settlement and reporting. One dashboard. One settlement.

Two models

What happens to a load, either way

One lowball for the whole load

a bulk liquidator prices your goods blind and your recovery ends there.

No grading, no competition, no visibility.

A market for every unit

we grade each unit against a published standard and put it in front of 10,000+ registered bidders competing for it.

  • Competition sets your recovery, not one buyer’s risk discount.
  • You see every lot’s result on your statement, and payout lands on the 15th of the month following, or next business day, on collected funds.

Need it gone fast? The buyout is one honest offer on goods we have actually assessed.

Two doors

Pick the door that fits the load

One keeps the upside and takes longer. The other ends today. Both are legitimate answers.

Door one

Consignment

For goods that can earn, when recovery matters more than immediate cash.

  1. 1Every unit graded against the published standard
  2. 2Sold in the weekly no-reserve auction
  3. 3A per-item statement, settled on collected funds

Door two

Buyout

For floor space and a date, when the load needs to be gone.

  1. 1We assess what you are moving
  2. 2One offer, on goods we have actually seen
  3. 3Paid on the agreed terms, and done

What happens after you say yes

Your job ends at the loading dock

Talk to us once and the rest is ours. Three things you do; everything under each is what we do about it.

1

Tell us what you have

Rough counts, or photographs of the pallets. No manifest needed. We come back with which path fits and why, including when the answer earns us less.

The seller desk reviews your application, then you sign your consignment agreement. The application never asks for banking details.

How consignment works →
2

Send what the channel is built for

Returns, overstock, open-box and excess across most consumer categories. Regulated goods are fine with the right handling, flagged on the application.

What to send →
3

Load it, and stop thinking about it

We coordinate the freight. Inspection, grading, photography, the sale, the buyers and every claim are ours from there.

What we handle →
The engine, end to end

What happens to your load after the truck leaves

Every item goes through the same eight steps. You watch it in your portal, and the money lands at the end.

  1. Receiving, 12 Vulcan St

    Step 1

Our receiving dock, Etobicoke. An owned photograph.

    The load arrives

Pallets are counted against the declaration. Anything that does not reconcile is raised with the consignor, never absorbed.

  2. Item record

Every item gets a permanent identity

Each unit is minted with its own Scan ID, printed and stuck to it. Lot numbers change on a relist. This does not.

  3. Inspection

An inspector answers, the system decides

A fixed set of questions about use, function, completeness and depth. The grade is computed from the answers. There is no dropdown to pick one from.

    It goes into the week

The lot lists with its grade badge, the listing photo plus our own photos showing the condition, and its card. No reserve, and the all-in price is worked out before anyone bids.

    The week closes

Bidding ends on a soft close, so a last-second bid extends the lot rather than snapping it shut. Results are clerked and the orders are created.

It becomes a line on your statement

Your settlement itemises every lot: what it was, what it made, your commission and your net. It reconciles to the cent because it is built from the same records.

  8. Payout

    The money moves

The payout lands on collected funds, and the statement behind it reconciles to the lot.

One identity from your dock to your payout, with a record at every step. That is what makes a settlement reconcilable.

Getting paid

Your own numbers, on your own screen

Consignors are paid monthly on collected funds, on the 15th of the month following, or next business day; your statement shows your own items, hammer, commission and net. Banking details are collected only after you have signed, never by email.

What your categories actually recovered

Your portal shows how your goods performed, by item and by category, so the next load is composed on evidence rather than on a hunch. It is your data, on your screen, and it is what lets a consignor see which categories performed before composing the next load.

  • Every item you sent, its grade, and what it made.
  • Performance by category, so you can see which ones are worth the freight.
  • Sell-through across the cycle, and what is still working.
  • Settlements and payouts, itemised to the lot and reconciling to the cent.

Brand protection

Your goods sell. Your name never does

Consignor confidentiality is structural rather than promised: there is no field on a lot where your name could go.

Sold under Bid Boss, never under yours

No lot is ever attached to its consignor, and no buyer learns where an item came from. Buyers bid on goods, not on sources.

Your customers stay protected

Personal information on returned goods is removed before anything reaches a buyer. Packaging and labels come off during processing, and what a buyer sees is our photography and our condition card.

Your restrictions travel with the goods

Where you need resale limits flowed down, no export or channel restrictions, we carry them and enforce them at listing.

For enterprises

Recurring volume, run as a channel rather than as a sale

Same operation, same standard, at a volume that needs a named contact, a defined cadence and reporting your finance team can reconcile.

A defined cadence

Scheduled receiving windows rather than ad-hoc loads, so your dock plans around us instead of waiting on us.

Reporting that reconciles

Item-level records from your dock to settlement: what was received, what the inspection found, what grade the system computed, what it sold for, and what was settled.

Controls that survive a review

Recalled and unsafe goods pulled at inspection, a published prohibited-items policy enforced at intake, and identity-verified buyers before money moves.

Every seller chooses between the same two paths. Neither is better. They trade different things, and the difference takes two minutes to see.

Consignment: choose recovery

You keep ownership of your goods until each item sells. We receive, inspect, grade, photograph, catalogue, and sell them through the weekly auction, then settle with you monthly on collected funds, the money actually received, with a net-proceeds statement itemized to the lot.

Every item is graded honestly and photographed individually, so buyers bid with confidence. That is what consignment is for: your goods are priced by the market item by item, against the grade and the card, instead of by one blended number for the pallet.

Choose consignment when: recovery matters more than immediate cash; your goods have real resale value item by item; you want performance data on what sold and for how much; the volume is steady enough to make a monthly rhythm worthwhile.

Buyout: choose speed and certainty

We buy your inventory outright. You send a list or photos, we come back with an offer, we coordinate pickup, and you are paid on the agreed terms. One transaction, one number, done, and the goods are off your floor and off your books.

The trade is certainty now instead of upside later, so a buyout usually totals less than a strong consignment run. In exchange you carry no risk, no waiting and no involvement.

Choose buyout when: you need space or capital now; the goods are mixed, uninspected, or hard to itemize; a department, warehouse, or container needs to be cleared on a date; or you simply want one clean payment and no further part in it.

The two-minute decision guide

- Need it gone this week, one payment? Buyout. - Want the highest total return and can wait for the market to do its work? Consignment. - Branded goods where item-level presentation lifts price? Consignment. - Raw, mixed, or unmanifested loads? Buyout, or ask us, some mixed loads consign well. - Seasonal stock with its season approaching? Consignment, timed to the season. - Seasonal stock with its season just missed? Often buyout, sometimes a hold-and-consign plan. Ask. - Recurring volume every month? Consignment as a channel, and if the volume is serious, the enterprise track.

Many sellers blend both: consign the categories that recover well, buy out the rest. The agreement can hold both lanes.

Either way, the same guarantees

Full-service handling, your job ends at the loading dock. Honest grading against a published standard. Absolute confidentiality, your name is never attached to a lot. And a clear paper trail from intake to payment.

Where it goes

Where liquidation fits: goods to buyers, not to waste

Returns and overstock deserve a route to people who want them. How honest liquidation redirects usable goods toward buyers instead of disposal.

Quick and easy. The bidding was simple enough. Once done I was able to pick a time slot that worked for me and the pickup itself was seamless (other than that it was raining, but that wasn't their fault). I would for sure use this website/service again.

Great auction house in Rexdale. Organized bidding and pickup process. The item selection is huge, descriptions accurate, prices even with buyers premium still come out way better than retail. At pickup I have always received the correct items, as described. I appreciate they have a weekend pickup day as well. Shout out to Lisa and Sarah for being such friendly helpful associates during pickup time. :)
