For sellers
How consignment works
You palletize and load; we inspect, grade, photograph, sell, and settle monthly on collected funds: with statements and performance data per item.
Consignment means one job for you and everything else for us. You palletize and load a truck. We inspect, grade, photograph, catalogue, sell, fulfil and pay you, with statements that prove every line.
Talk to the seller desk
Who you are, what you have, roughly how much and how often. Rough counts or a few photos are enough; a manifest helps but is not required. Everything you share stays confidential.
The agreement, digitally
Executed digitally, setting the commission, the cadence and the handling rules for your goods. Commission is set per agreement, because a fashion-returns program and a tool-overstock program are not the same deal.
Palletize, load, done
Simple palletizing guidelines, minutes to adopt. Label the pallets, book the truck or let us coordinate the freight, and load. From the moment it leaves your dock the work is ours, across the GTA, across Canada, and cross-border with the United States.
Receiving, on the record
Every load is counted against what was declared. Differences are reported to you, never silently absorbed. That record starts the trail your finance team can follow from your dock to your settlement.
Item-level processing, the recovery engine
Every unit individually: inspected against a fixed set of questions, graded by a system computed from the recorded answers, never someone's opinion. Each lot carries a condition card stating how far the item was tested and what the inspector found. Carded lots get confident bids.
Recalled and unsafe goods are pulled at this stage and never sold, which protects you as much as the buyer.
The sale
The weekly no-reserve auction, closing Wednesday evening, in front of bidders across Canada and the United States, with pickup in Etobicoke and shipping to the buyer's door. A fixed-price shop and further formats run on the same platform as those lanes come online.
Fulfilment and buyers: ours, entirely
Payment collection, pickup appointments, shipping, buyer questions and claims under the published grading standard. Buyer contact is ours, entirely.
Settlement, on collected funds
You are settled on collected funds, the money actually received and not promised, on the 15th of the month following, or next business day. The net-proceeds statement is itemized to the lot: what sold, what it made, what was deducted, what you are paid.
What to send next
Your account shows sell-through, throughput and results by item and by category. Most consignors adjust what they send within a cycle or two, on their own numbers.
What stays true throughout
Your name is never attached to a lot or disclosed to a buyer. Your only labour is a pallet and a loading dock. And every claim we make about your goods was written down by the person who inspected them, at the moment of inspection.
Start when you are ready, or ask us first
Neither one commits you to anything. Most consignors do one, then the other.
Ready to go
Apply to consign
The consignment application. It asks what we need to receive, grade, and pay you correctly, and it is the same form whether you are sending one pallet or clearing a warehouse.

Ask the seller desk
Send a short note before you commit. Tell us what you are moving and what you need to achieve, and we will tell you if we are the right home for it.
- A person reads every inquiry.
- For your security, banking details are collected only after you sign an agreement. We never ask for them by email.
