Every lot inspected and graded

Graded by a system from observed facts, never chosen by hand.

Pickup in Etobicoke

Booked slots across the three collection days, with barcode check-in.

Overstock is the inventory that was right when you ordered it and wrong by the time it landed. An over-ordered run, a line that did not move, a season that closed early. It is still good product, and that is exactly what makes it painful: nobody wants to destroy it, so it sits, and every quarter it sits the recovery shrinks and the space it occupies costs you something else.

We are in Etobicoke, which for most Ontario operations is a short drive rather than a freight project.

Why overstock recovers well here

Overstock is usually the best-condition goods we handle. It has never been sold, never been returned, and frequently never been opened. Graded against a published standard: that is a lot to say about an item, and buyers pay for what they can trust.

The mechanism is the whole argument. Every unit is inspected individually and its grade is computed from recorded answers rather than chosen from a dropdown, so a sealed carton is described as a sealed carton and priced as one. In a blind bulk sale the same pallet is priced for the worst thing that might be inside it, because the buyer has no way to know. How consignment works

What you actually do

You palletize to a simple guideline and book a dock. That is the end of your involvement. We coordinate the freight, receive against your declaration and report variances rather than bury them, then inspect, grade, photograph, catalogue, sell and handle every buyer question that follows. Your team never sorts a box or answers an email about one. What we handle

Money, or speed

Consignment keeps the upside: the goods are yours until each item sells, and you settle monthly on funds actually collected, with a statement itemised to the lot.

If the floor space matters more than the last dollar, we buy outright instead. One assessment, one offer on goods we have actually seen, one payment, and the load is gone. Neither is the better answer in general; they trade different things. Compare the two paths

Ontario specifics

Freight is coordinated across Canada and the United States, but an Ontario seller usually has the simplest version of this: a truck from your dock to ours, on a date that suits your receiving hours. Terms are set per agreement, in conversation, not from a rate card.

Tell us what you are sitting on. Company, contact, rough volume, and whether you want maximum recovery or it gone fast. Apply to consign

Two models

What happens to a load, either way

One lowball for the whole load

a bulk liquidator prices your goods blind and your recovery ends there.

No grading, no competition, no visibility.

A market for every unit

we grade each unit against a published standard and put it in front of 10,000+ registered bidders competing for it.

  • Competition sets your recovery, not one buyer’s risk discount.
  • You see every lot’s result on your statement, and payout lands on the 15th of the month following, or next business day, on collected funds.

Need it gone fast? The buyout is one honest offer on goods we have actually assessed.

Two ways in

Start when you are ready, or ask us first

Neither one commits you to anything. Most consignors do one, then the other.

Ready to go

Apply to consign

The consignment application. It asks what we need to receive, grade, and pay you correctly, and it is the same form whether you are sending one pallet or clearing a warehouse.

Ask the seller desk

Send a short note before you commit. Tell us what you are moving and what you need to achieve, and we will tell you if we are the right home for it.

  • A person reads every inquiry.
  • For your security, banking details are collected only after you sign an agreement. We never ask for them by email.
