From registration to pickup, here is the exact process to secure your lots.
Phase 1
Registration & Bidding
Register on HiBid
Create your account early. Do not wait until the auction closes.
- Card on file is auto-charged by default
- Alternate payment must be entered in “Notes to Auctioneer”
- Shipping must be selected at registration
- Address changes are NOT allowed after registration
Inspect & Bid with Confidence
- Review the item condition grade carefully
- Photos show the actual item — not stock images
- Read lot notes for missing parts or defects
- Place a max bid early or bid live
Phase 2
Winning & Scheduling
Payment & Invoicing
Your card on file is automatically charged after auction close:
- Winning bid amount
- 15% Buyer’s Premium
- $1.50 Handling Fee
- HST
Shipping costs (if requested) are calculated separately and must be paid before release.
Book Your Slot (Shipping Saint)
- Watch your email & SMS after auction close
- Click the Shipping Saint link to book pickup
- 5-minute time slots to prevent crowding
- Missed slot? Email support@bidbossinc.ca immediately
Phase 3
Pickup & Protection
The Pickup: ID & Security
- Bring your Bid Card Number
- Bring physical government-issued ID
- ID may be copied for fraud prevention
- Refusal = no release + account ban
Inspect & Accept
Inspect high-value items at the counter. Once you leave the warehouse, transfer of risk is complete.

WARRANTY & RETURNS
Grade A & B: 24-hour functional guarantee only. Email support@bidbossinc.ca with Name, Bid Card #, and Lot #.
Grade C & D: AS-IS. Final sale. No returns or refunds.
STRICT DEADLINES (STRICTLY ENFORCED)
Saturday 3:00 PM: All items must be removed by this time.
Abandonment: No storage is offered. Items left past the deadline are forfeited with no refund.
