Bid Boss Inc. wasn’t founded in a boardroom. It was built on the floor. We are operators with backgrounds in high-volume distribution and logistics who recognized that the Canadian liquidation market was inefficient and often chaotic.

We didn’t just want to participate in the industry; we wanted to professionalize it.

THE FOUNDATION

WOODEN RACKS & BATTERY STATIONS

We started exactly where many of our reseller clients are today: building capital one item at a time.

When we expanded, we didn’t lease a corporate facility. We operated out of a drive-in self-storage unit using a portable battery station for power. We hand-built our inspection tables and constructed our own inventory racks out of raw lumber to maximize space.

We worked through freezing winters and humid summers, inspecting and listing items manually. Those original wooden racks still stand in our commercial warehouse today — a reminder that this infrastructure was built with sweat equity, not just investment capital.
