We prioritize transparency. Every lot is assigned one of the following condition labels. Read the label, then verify it using the real photos.
If a detail matters to you (sealed status, completeness, specific accessories), the real photos and notes are the deciding factor.
1. NEW / OVERSTOCK / SHELF PULL
Condition: Brand new, unused.
Packaging: Usually retail packaging, may show shelf wear or stickers.
The “Opened to Inspect” Rule:
If our team breaks a factory seal to verify contents, this will be disclosed as “Opened to inspect.” Depending on findings, the item may remain here or be downgraded to Grade A.

2. GRADE A (Open Box / Like New)
Condition: Pristine. No meaningful signs of use.
Packaging: may be in its original packaging in retail condition, distressed, or replaced.

3. GRADE B (Lightly Used)
Condition: Fully functional with minor cosmetic wear.
Completeness: May be missing non-essential accessories.

4. GRADE C (Used / Moderate Wear)
Condition: Clearly used with visible wear.
Completeness: May be missing essential parts or accessories.
Risk Level: Higher. Often untested or partially verified.
Warranty: SOLD AS-IS. Final Sale. No claims accepted.
5. GRADE D (Salvage / Repair)
Condition: Broken, non-functional, or incomplete.
Target Buyer: Refurbishers and technicians only.
Warranty: SOLD AS-IS. Final Sale. No claims accepted.

24-Hour Functional Coverage:
